Over the past decade, I have been creating web and mobile solutions for world-class brands in a variety of industries.

 

I am currently a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft (Xandr) responsible for the design of the Creative registration and management workflows - the most used parts of Xandr’s main platforms; Invest (Demand-Side) and Monetize (Sale-Side).

In my previous position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. I managed the design and research for a complex highly functional business application. Prior to that role I worked at CDW as a Senior Product Designer where I have led multiple redesign and optimization projects, all of which enhanced the customer experience and increased sales revenue year-over-year.

 

My full-time product design career started back in 2010 after I completed my graduate studies at the University of Toronto’s iSchool with a master’s degree in information studies. I worked for several different web agencies (Nurun, Critical Mass, SapientNitro) as an Information Architect, serving clients such as CitiBank, TWN, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Sears.

 

I quickly stepped up to the role of a Senior Interaction Designer at TD Bank Group, where I designed new credit card acquisition flows and worked on blue-sky concepts for investment tools’ UI.

 

After working in financial services, I transitioned to the tech world, and as a Usability and User Experience Expert at Amdocs (Israel), I worked in a B2B2C environment, designing customer management platforms for global telecommunication clients.

 

While practicing UX/Product Design in multiple locations and different environments for different industries, I worked closely with cross-functional partners, and I have always made sure to deliver high-quality work.
